Terms of Service
Terms governing accounts, AI generation, subscriptions, credits, payments, and acceptable use of Qwen Image 3.
Last updated: 2026-07-20
1. Acceptance and Operator
These Terms govern your access to Qwen Image 3 (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Qwen Image 3 is independently operated. It is not an official Alibaba, Qwen, or Tongyi Qianwen website and does not claim their sponsorship or endorsement.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your location. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not sell, share, or transfer an account to evade limits or enforcement.
3. AI Generation Service
The Service submits prompts and permitted source materials to selected AI providers, tracks asynchronous tasks, and stores results when storage is enabled. Model availability, speed, output quality, and feature support can change because of upstream providers.
AI output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or similar to existing content. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. We do not promise that output is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or legally safe in every jurisdiction.
4. User Content and Generated Output
You retain rights you already hold in prompts and source materials. You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, cache, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and the terms of the selected model and provider. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to uploaded material and for your use of output.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
- create or distribute illegal sexual content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, fraud, or targeted harassment;
- impersonate others deceptively or misrepresent AI output where disclosure is legally required;
- bypass rate limits, payment controls, access restrictions, or security measures;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service except where law expressly permits;
- resell account access or credits without written authorization; or
- use stolen payment methods or open abusive refund or chargeback claims.
We may remove content or restrict service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or protection of users and infrastructure.
6. Plans, Automatic Renewal, and Credits
- Subscription prices, billing interval, included credits, taxes, and material benefits are shown before checkout.
- Card subscriptions renew automatically using the saved payment method until canceled.
- Alipay prepaid memberships are one-time purchases for one displayed monthly period. They provide the same plan benefits and credits during that period, do not save a method for renewal, and end automatically on the displayed expiration date.
- Paid credits are granted only after payment is confirmed. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their displayed billing period and do not roll over unless checkout states otherwise.
- One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, expire 365 days after purchase, and remain available if a subscription is canceled. Promotional and signup credits can have different expiration dates. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Credits with the earliest expiration date are normally consumed first.
- Failed generation tasks are normally credited back after failure is confirmed.
- We may correct accidental duplicate grants, fraudulent credits, or clear accounting errors, while retaining an audit record.
7. Cancellation, Failed Payment, and Refunds
You may cancel automatic card renewal from Settings → Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and does not automatically refund the current period. Prepaid memberships do not need cancellation because they never renew automatically. A failed renewal does not grant new credits. We may use payment-provider retry tools and request an updated payment method.
Refund eligibility, processing, credit revocation, and dispute handling are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes to Plans and Service
We may change or discontinue models, features, credit costs, or future plan prices. Changes to future renewal pricing will be communicated before they take effect when required. Changes do not retroactively reduce credits already granted for a paid period, except to correct fraud or accounting errors.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on providers such as payment processors, hosting, databases, object storage, analytics, email, and AI model providers. Their terms and availability may apply to parts of the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to restore or replace affected integrations.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend generation, payments, or account access for material violations, security threats, fraud, open payment disputes, or legal obligations. Where reasonable, we will limit the restriction to the affected feature and provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. We will not delete account data solely because a payment dispute was opened.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Some billing, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output, search ranking, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising from paid Service use is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, where appropriate, by an in-product or email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Contact
Questions, legal notices, or complaints may be sent to support@qwenimage3.com or through our contact page.
