How Qwen Image 3 collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects account, generation, payment, and analytics data.
Last updated: 2026-07-18
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the independently operated Qwen Image 3 service collects and processes personal information. It applies to our website, accounts, image-generation tools, billing pages, support channels, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information generated through use of the Service:
- Account data: name, email address, authentication records, language, and profile preferences.
- Generation data: prompts, selected models, parameters, uploaded source images, task identifiers, generated outputs, timestamps, and error records.
- Billing data: plan, order and invoice identifiers, credit ledger, subscription status, payment-provider customer identifier, payment amount, currency, and limited billing details. Stripe processes full card information; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Support data: messages, attachments, and information supplied in tickets, refund requests, privacy requests, or abuse reports.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages and features used, referral information, logs, diagnostics, security events, cookies, and similar technologies.
Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary and you have a lawful right to process it.
3. How We Use Information
We process information to:
- create and secure accounts and maintain sessions;
- submit generation jobs, return results, maintain history, and restore failed-task credits;
- process payments, subscriptions, refunds, credits, invoices, and disputes;
- provide support and respond to legal, privacy, security, and abuse requests;
- prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, and service disruption;
- measure performance, diagnose failures, and improve the Service; and
- comply with accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to providers that help operate the Service, which can include:
- Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and fraud prevention;
- Vercel for application hosting and delivery;
- Neon or another configured database provider for account and application records;
- Cloudflare R2 or another configured storage provider for images and files;
- configured third-party AI service providers to process generation requests;
- email and customer-support providers to deliver messages and handle support; and
- Google Analytics or another configured analytics provider to understand website use.
We may also disclose information to comply with valid legal process, investigate abuse or fraud, protect users and the public, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies are used for authentication, security, language, and preferences. Analytics scripts may collect page and interaction data when enabled. Browser settings and extensions can block optional cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other core functions.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above:
- account and generated-content history remains while the account is active or until deletion is requested, subject to product retention limits;
- security and operational logs are generally kept for a limited diagnostic period;
- support records are kept while needed to resolve and document a request; and
- payment, tax, fraud, refund, and dispute records may be retained longer where legally or operationally required.
Deletion from active systems can take time to propagate to encrypted backups. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies a person.
7. International Processing
Our providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards designed to protect information during international processing.
8. Security
We use measures such as encrypted transport, access controls, secret encryption where configured, webhook signature verification, and audit records. No Internet service is completely secure. Protect your password, enable available security features, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or export personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Send requests to support@qwenimage3.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for payment, fraud prevention, security, tax, or legal obligations.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@qwenimage3.com or submitted through our contact page.
